The Ocean Park Association is a non-profit volunteer organization. OPA is the Neighborhood Organization in the City of Santa Monica for Ocean Park, having boundaries from Pico Blvd to the South city border and Lincoln Blvd to the Pacific Ocean.

OPA holds monthly meetings open to the public in the Joslyn Park Community Center. Previous meetings are recorded in the Archive of Past OPA Board Meeting Minutes. Meetings adhere to Simplified Roberts Rules of Order.
There will no meeting in August since the OPA Board has decided to emulate the Europeans
this summer and all take vacations during the month of August!

Main Street:OPA is working with the Main Street Merchants Association on parking, traffic, and zoning issues that impact Main Street.
